Our commitment
Offmon is committed to making this website usable for as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we do
This website is built to be accessible by design. In particular:
- It can be navigated by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "skip to content" link.
- It uses semantic, landmark-based HTML that works with screen readers.
- Text and interface colours are chosen to meet AA contrast ratios, and meaning is never conveyed by colour alone.
- It reflows without loss of content at 400% zoom and on small screens.
- Motion is reduced for visitors who set a "reduce motion" preference.
- The site remains readable and navigable without JavaScript, and the demo enquiry form can be submitted without it.
Known limitations
We test the site regularly, but no website is ever perfect. If you find something that does not work for you, please tell us — your feedback helps us improve.
Reporting a problem
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website, contact us at [email protected] and describe the problem and the page it occurred on. We will do our best to put it right.
Enforcement
If you are not happy with how we respond to your complaint, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS). In the United Kingdom, the Equality and Human Rights Commission is responsible for enforcing accessibility requirements.
